Job 1115 - Marketing Internship

MOUNT of ANGELS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and affiliated clothing brand which raises funds to provide art supplies and resources to young people in underserved communities. From donating painting supplies, to collaborating with young artists to showcase their work in a gallery, to producing music videos, we champion all avenues of artistic expression. We are particularly focused on helping develop youth into working artists, and on breaking down barriers that restrict entry into the art world.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing donations and raising the profile of MoA.

  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our website, to effectively communicate our mission and impact.

  • Assist in the organization and execution of fundraising events, helping to ensure their success through promotional efforts and logistical support.

  • Conduct research on potential donors, sponsors, and partners to expand our network and outreach efforts.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the foundation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools such as Adobe.

  • Enthusiasm for the arts and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of a non-profit organization.  We want people who are deeply passionate about what we do and who we serve.
